摘 要：I'll give a general introduction on Stokes parameters and Faraday rotation effects. I'll show the recipe and results of Faraday conversion and rotation for isotropic particle distributions, thermal and power law. The exact Faraday conversion coefficient is found to approach zero with the increasing particle energy. The non-linear corrections of Faraday conversion and otation coefficients are found essential for reliable circular polarization interpretation of hot accretion flows, in particular Sagittarius A*.
