报告题目：Probe the evolution of galaxies along with the halo formation histories

　　报告摘要：Galaxies are thought to be formed within cold dark matter halos. The central and satellite galaxies are closely connected with the host and sub-halos respectively. In this talk I will introduce a recently widely used model `SHAM’ and its deficiency within halo occupation framework, and show how the model can be improved by making use of the full halo merger tree information. Thus obtained galaxy-dark matter relation can then be used to infer the evolution of galaxies in various aspects.
