报告题目：Maser astrometry with BeSSeL, status and progress

　　报告摘要：Bright and compect maser emissions from high mass star forming regions are good target for VLBI astrometry. BeSSeL is such a project by investigating Structure and dynamics of the Milky Way by maser astrometry. Recently, we have got more than one hundred of maser parallaxes. Based on these measurements, we studied geometry, 3D motions of the spiral arms. I will report status and progress we got recently.

　　报告人简介：吴元伟，紫金山天文台2010级的博士生，刚通过博士论文答辩。博士期间在紫金山天文台徐烨研究员和南京大学郑兴武教授的指导下加入VLBA key science project，测量了位于人马臂上的10个大质量恒星形成区的三角视差与自行，进而研究了银河系主要旋臂之一的人马臂的几何结构和运动学。
