题  目：Repeating Fast Radio Bursts within the Framework of Binary Systems

摘  要：Fast radio bursts (FRBs) are bright,millisecond-duration cosmic transients of extragalactic origin. They are broadly classified into non-repeating and repeating types based on their repetition patterns. In the nearly two decades since their discovery,numerous theoretical models have been proposed to explain their observed properties. Thanks to continuous and deep observations from large radio telescopes such as CHIME and FAST, a growing body of high-quality data has allowed many early models to be ruled out. Currently, the magnetar model remains one of the most robust theoretical frameworks, and when embedded in a binary system with a companion star, it provides a compelling explanation for many observed characteristics of repeating FRBs. This report  aims to discuss the advantages of such a binary model by comparing it with the isolated magnetar scenario.
