报告题目：2025, a year of eruptive young stellar objects

报告摘要：The pre-main-sequence evolution is shaped by the mass accretion events, which is highly unstable. In this review talk, I will summarize the most recent developments in the field of young stars and their variability. In particular, I will give a thorough introduction of the research background, followed by a presentation of statistical analyses of eruptive events/accretion bursts. Then, I will show a series of work focusing on Chilean observational programs of young outbursts. Later, I will present some individual works about FUor-type objects. In the end, I will wrap up the talk with some ongoing and future projects led by Chilean astronomers.
