1985年4月生，现任紫金山天文台副研究员。2007年于华东师范大学物理系获理学学士学位，2017年于美国内华达大学拉斯维加斯分校获理学博士学位。2017-2021年在北京大学科维理天文与天体物理研究所从事博士后研究工作。2021年至今任中国科学院紫金山天文台副研究员。
在快速射电暴、伽马射电暴观测研究中取得了系列创新成果。至2026年1月已在Science、Nature、ApJ、MNRAS、A&A、PRD等天文学国际主流期刊发表52篇论文。其中，4篇发表于Nature, 4篇发表于Nature子刊，一篇第一作者文章发表于Science。据ADS数据库统计，论文共被国际同行引用逾2200篇次，H因子24。所有论文列表见：https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/public-libraries/B0R13IQES8SjcZn7TYz2XA。
主持国家自然科学基金和江苏省青年项目，参与科技部SKA专项任务等基金项目。
