1985年5月出生，紫金山天文台副研究员，硕士生导师。分别于2008年2013年在南京大学获得理学学士和博士学位。主要从事空间目标与碎片轨道动力学、机动目标编目与定轨方法、太空异动感知方法研究。
作为项目负责人先后主持国家自然科学青年和面上基金、军科委技术领域基金、江苏省自然科学基金、中科院重点部署课题等项目，并参与多项国家、省部级科研项目。已发表文章10余篇，获得省部级科技进步二等奖（排名第6）。
